Thank You.
While this wasn’t the outcome we hoped for, my heart is full of gratitude.
Thank you to everyone who voted for me, prayed for our campaign, put out a sign, shared a post, offered encouragement, or simply took the time to have a conversation. Every act of support meant more than you know.
As an independent candidate, this campaign was truly grassroots. It grew one conversation at a time through neighbors, friends, and word of mouth. I’m humbled by the support you gave me and will always be grateful.
From the very beginning, I said God was in control of this campaign. I believed it then, and I believe it today. While this wasn’t the outcome we hoped for, I trust His plan, and I’m thankful for every conversation, every handshake, and every person I had the privilege to meet along the way.
Congratulations to my opponent, and thank you to everyone who participated in this election. I hope this campaign reminded people that local government matters and that every vote is important. Our community is stronger when people get involved.
Tomorrow we’ll all still be neighbors. I’ll still be at the farm, around town, and available and visible in our community. Please don’t be a stranger. If you see me, stop and say hello.
I love Sevier County, and I’ll continue to do my part to make it an even better place to call home.
Thank you for believing in me and for walking this journey with my family. We will always be grateful.
