Some good news: "Times they are a changing"... I have been busy doing short sales lately ...the good news is that the banks are much easier to deal with now, they are kinder to the sellers. I haven't had any deals fall through. They seem to take about 3 months from the submission to the bank to the close of escrow. To all of you out there, don't be afraid of buying or selling a short sale property.
