🍂 THE FALL MARKET ISN'T FINISHED. IT'S JUST GETTING MORE SELECTIVE.
As October winds down, the NJ and PA real estate markets are sending some interesting signals.
🏡 New Jersey: Housing inventory is up 12.1% year over year, giving buyers more options. But prices remain resilient, with September's median sale price at $550,000.
📍 Pennsylvania: September home sales declined 10% from August, while the median price eased to $315,000. Buyers may be finding a little more breathing room.
📉 Mortgage rates: The national 30-year fixed average dipped to 7.32% this week. Some relief, but affordability remains a factor.
Our outlook for the rest of 2026?
More thoughtful buyers. More competition among sellers. And an even greater emphasis on preparation, pricing, and getting the details right.
The market isn't standing still. Neither should your plans.
Buying, selling, or refinancing before year-end? Make your next move with confidence.
