We are excited to announce the Spottsville Community Fire Department has been awarded the 2025 Assistance to Firefighters Grant (AFG) to purchase 20 new complete sets of structural firefighting turnout gear for our volunteers firefighters!

With $92,000 in total grant funding, this will provide a much-needed upgrade to our current mostly outdated turnout gear! This investment will help provide our firefighters with updated equipment to better protect them while they serve our community.

A huge THANK YOU to Chief Risley for all of his hard work and dedication toward obtaining grants for our department! This makes GRANT #4 awarded to our department just this year!

A strong fire department doesn’t stand still. It grows, adapts, and prepares for the future. This is more than a grant—it’s an investment in our firefighters, our department, and the future of the Spottsville community. We’re committed to continuing to grow, improve, and move forward—one investment, one firefighter, and one improvement at a time.

Great turnout this year for the tournament! Thank you for all the sponsors AGAIN this year! Without you, this event and our volunteer department would not be able to do the things we do! Congratulations to the winners and thank you for coming out every year since we’ve had this event!
Also, congratulations to Chad Patterson who won the custom Co****le board raffle drawing! Chad will get to choose his design and will receive bags to match whatever design he chooses.
