When silence becomes survival—we sound the alarm. Sound the Alarm Outreach is a healing-centered, trauma-informed community support and advocacy initiative stewarded by Atara Estes, Founder of TATU Your Wellbeing, and fiscally sponsor
ed by Help My People Organization. This initiative exists to raise awareness, strengthen community response, and support the organizations and professionals already serving individuals impacted by domestic, dating, and gender-based violence. Rather than duplicating services, Sound the Alarm Outreach focuses on connection, coordination, and compassionate amplification of trusted community resources.
🌿 Our Role in the Community
Sound the Alarm Outreach does not replace direct service providers. We support the ecosystem by:
đź’ś Bridging survivors to trusted partners
Connecting individuals—by choice and consent—to local shelters, advocates, crisis responders, and community-based organizations already equipped to provide direct support.
đź’ś Supporting Safe Nights of Hope
Through the TATU Emergency & Safe Haven Winter Pilot, we help coordinate community-backed hotel vouchers, meals, and comfort essentials in partnership with fiscal sponsors and frontline organizations during critical moments.
đź’ś Amplifying Awareness & Prevention
Raising awareness through education, storytelling, and community conversations that break silence and support prevention—without retraumatization.
đź’ś Offering Empowerment & Wellness Resources
Sharing non-clinical tools, reflection practices, and faith-rooted wellness resources that complement—not replace—professional services.
✨ A Healing-Centered Movement
Sound the Alarm Outreach is not a charity delivering services—it is a community-powered movement committed to dignity, safety, and collaboration. We believe:
Healing happens best in community
Survivors deserve choice and agency
Providers deserve support, not competition
Systems must change alongside individuals
Together, we help create pathways from surviving to thriving, without forcing participation or dependency.
🌍 How to Support the Movement
You’re invited to engage in ways that feel aligned:
• Partner with us
• Volunteer with trusted organizations
• Share resources and awareness
• Give through Help My People Organization (501c3) on Givelify
Every contribution helps strengthen community response, expand access, and restore dignity.
Your safety, privacy, and trust matter. Confidentiality
We do not share private messages, stories, or identifying information without explicit consent. Any connection to partner organizations is made only at your request. Safety First
Sound the Alarm Outreach is not an emergency response service. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 or the National Domestic Violence Hotline (1-800-799-SAFE). We can help point you toward trusted community resources when requested. Respectful Engagement
This page is moderated to maintain a safe, supportive environment. Harmful, abusive, or victim-blaming content will be removed. Data Protection
We do not collect or sell personal data. Donations made through Help My People Organization are processed securely according to nonprofit and IRS guidelines. By engaging here, you help us protect a space rooted in respect, consent, and collective care.
🌿 Closing Affirmation
Healing is not owned by one organization. It is shared, stewarded, and sustained—together.
There are moments when a woman makes the hardest decision of her life…
to leave.
But what happens when she’s ready to go—and there is no room?
This is where we step in.
Through Sound the Alarm Outreach (STAO), we are creating a bridge for women, girls, and young adults experiencing domestic and gender-based violence by providing:
✨ Short-term emergency hotel stays
✨ Safe placement when shelters are full
✨ Connection to long-term care and life-restoring resources
This is more than a program…
This is a lifeline.
đź’ł You can help us create safety TODAY.
👉 Sponsor an emergency placement through Givelify

Every dollar helps us open a door that could save a life.
Because at STAO, we believe:
👉 “When the system has no room, we create one.”

Happy Holidays from TATU Brands🤍
As we close this year, I want to take a moment to say thank you to every subscriber, follower, and supporter who has been part of the TATU journey. Your presence and engagement continue to shape this growing movement.
As we step into the New Year, I’m not inviting you to do more. I’m inviting you to live differently.
Healing isn’t a phase—it’s a lifestyle. Recovery is not something we reserve for moments of crisis or burnout. It’s a daily practice rooted in wellbeing as care, supported by faith, creativity, and rest.
The season ahead is about intentional purpose. It’s about choosing a way of living where recovery becomes part of our rhythm, not an emergency response.
This is the TATU Healing Movement—where wellbeing becomes a way of life.
If this resonates with you, subscribe for the journey. I invite you to reflect and share: What is one way you’re choosing wellbeing this year?
We’re walking this journey together.
Leadership begins with wellbeing. Let’s enter the New Year with intention.
