🧠 How’s Your Mental Health?
Ever had someone tell you, “Just pray about it, and it’ll get better”? But what happens when it doesn’t?

As I’ve grown older, I’ve learned that prayer is powerful, but sometimes we also need extra support and tools to navigate the weight of Depression, Anxiety, and the challenges life throws our way. That’s why I’m teaming up with therapists, pastors, young adults, and folks who know how important Mental Health is—and how the church needs to talk about it more.

Next Monday, we’re kicking off Brews & Bible, a laid-back monthly series for Young Adults to we’ll connect over beer, tea, snacks, and conversations about “taboo” topics—starting with Mental Health. This isn’t your typical church event—it’s casual, real, and open to young adults 23 to 35. Let’s talk about the hard stuff. I’d love for you to join us!
