The Application of Parallel Parenting Plans And Interventions

This training will explore the damage that conflict can cause to children and help practitioners identify families where efforts should be made to disengage the parties rather than require cooperation. It will discuss model templates and orders for parallel parenting plans and the options and language required in parenting plans for interventions intended to support disengaged parenting. Finally, a panel of judges to help practitioners understand how to frame the issues better for court purposes and learn how and when the court can enforce such orders.
