Our members had wonderful time setting up for the Nottingham School Prom last Friday. Our volunteers assisted with setting up desserts, doing hair and make up for students, and any other prep work to create the “Under the Sea” prom theme.
Sustainers Beth Ann Reichmann and Lily Mahoney then presented the school with a plague and check to honor our dedicated sustainer member Chris Lineback. Chris helped start the prom over 25 years ago. Over the years, she collected all the school supplies, made the corsages and boutonnières, and even held a virtual prom during the pandemic.
The prom was a terrific way to strengthen our long standing relationship with Nottingham School and honor Chris.

Our members spent a meaningful morning of service with Food Outreach, an organization providing medically tailored meals to individuals living with HIV or cancer.
During this hands-on Cook & Pack shift, Junior League volunteers worked alongside Food Outreach's Chef and Red Aprons team to help cook, pack, and freeze hundreds of healthy and delicious prepared meals.
This was a powerful opportunity for our members to experience impact, connection, and team-building while directly supporting members of our St. Louis community.

The Junior League of St. Louis had a great morning as we celebrated our 15th anniversary of the Strong Women and Families Resource Fair. Thanks to all of our vendors, community partners, and families who stopped by to support the event.
The Strong Women and Families Health and Resource Fair is the Junior League of St. Louis’ largest annual community impact event. Volunteers helped create a welcoming, organized experience that connected St. Louis families with essential health, financial, education, housing, legal, and financial resources.
Attendees also enjoyed an Easter egg hunt, delicious snacks at our Kids in the Kitchen table, and books from Books for STL Kids.

🤝 April is National Volunteer Month! The Junior League of St. Louis proudly celebrates the commitment, heart, and energy our volunteers bring to every initiative. For 125 years, The Junior League Movement has mobilized women leaders to create meaningful change—organizing projects, advocating for important issues, and meeting critical needs in local communities.
Our volunteers are the driving force behind every success story, and their impact reaches far beyond the work we do today. This month, we honor their dedication and invite others to discover the power of volunteerism.
