We are very excited -- Brentwood's future is bright!
Yard signs will be collected by volunteers today -- thanks for your support!
Thank you to all who voted in today's election!
Currently, the election forecast indicates that Proposition E achieved the required 4/7ths majority in order to pass! This would not have been possible without the tremendous work of our staff, parents, and community members who came together in the face of extreme challenges to educate the community about our needs and priorities. I also want to thank all of those who shared their opinions throughout our facilities planning process. Your work helped guide our path forward and I am grateful to this community for being invested in the future of our children.
As we look ahead to next steps, please know that this is only the beginning. Now that we know Prop E will pass, we will work with our staff, parents, students, and other stakeholders to design elementary and early childhood facilities that address our greatest needs. For now, please enjoy a well earned break and rest easy knowing that more information on the process will be coming to you soon.
Once again, thank you for being a wonderful part of this community. Please stay happy and healthy this summer.
Your partner in education,
Brian Lane
Superintendent
Brentwood School District
