Hey family! So, I did a thing.🥰 I'm honored to be a part of this amazing Anthology with a group of inspiring, powerful and resilient women Entrepreneurs. We share our stories of challenges and triumphs ....yet still learning and growing in grace. The experience was liberating, yet extremely emotional. This book is for any woman (or man) that has ever gone through something, or currently going through something and felt like you couldn't or can't make it through.......hold on! With hard work, perseverance and God, you can "rise from the ashes" Fierce and Fearless!

ST. LOUIS, MO — The St. Louis Housing Authority (SLHA) has announced the official reopening of its Public Housing waiting list for select developments across the city. If you or your family are in need of affordable housing, now’s the time to get in position.

🗓️ Pre-applications open Tuesday, August 19 at 8:00 a.m. and close Monday, August 25 at 11:59 p.m.

This opening does not apply to the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 😎 program — that list remains closed.

🏘️ Eligible Properties for Public Housing Waitlist:

• Euclid Plaza – 1 & 2 BR
• King Louis III – 1 to 4 BR
• Kingsbury Terrace – 1 & 2 BR
• Preservation Square Phase I – 1 to 3 BR
• West Pine – 1 & 2 BR

📍All units located within St. Louis City limits.

👵 SENIOR-ONLY PROPERTIES (Ages 62+):

• Cahill House (1 & 2 BR) – 1919 O’Fallon St
• Les Chateaux (1 & 2 BR) – 1330 Chouteau Ave
• Parkview Apartments (0 & 1 BR) – 4451 Forest Park Ave
• Cambridge Heights Senior Living – 728 Biddle St
• Renaissance Senior Living – 3217 Martin Luther King Dr

Note: Senior waiting lists are always open, and all household members must be at least 62 years old.

All applications must be submitted online through SLHA’s RentCafe Portal at slha.org.
No paper applications will be accepted. One application per household.

• No internet? Visit the self-service kiosks at 3520 Page Blvd.
• Need accommodations due to a disability? Call 314-286-4330 or email [email protected] for assistance.

⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

• Applying does not guarantee housing
• You’ll get a confirmation number after submission
• Keep your contact info updated at all times
• If your letter bounces back or you don’t respond — you’re off the list
• 1-Bedroom and 0-Bedroom units are combined — if you turn down a studio without good cause, you may be removed
