Growing up in Wentzville, Missouri, Landon Jackman has become one of the most talked-about young hockey prospects to emerge from the St. Louis area. Known for proudly representing his hometown in interviews and articles, Jackman’s journey is a story of discipline, sacrifice, and relentless dedication to the sport he has loved since the age of four.

Long before national scouts began recognizing his name, Landon was the young boy in Wentzville who carried a hockey stick everywhere he went. Teachers and classmates from Duello Elementary and Stone Creek Elementary may remember him as the student constantly talking about hockey, dreaming about the next practice, the next game, and one day competing at the highest levels of the sport. Even at a young age, his passion for the game stood out.

Raised in Wentzville by a family that supported his growing dreams, Jackman developed a reputation for his work ethic and commitment to improving every year. What started as a child’s love for hockey quickly evolved into a serious pursuit built on countless early mornings, long drives, demanding practices, and year-round training. Those closest to him often describe him as focused, humble, and fiercely determined.

Standing out for both his size and skill, Jackman has earned recognition as a top prospect for the 2027 NHL Draft class. Scouts have praised his hockey IQ, physical presence, offensive ability, and competitiveness on the ice. (puckpreps.com (Landon Jackman - PuckPreps you
