All professional staff members are fully certified by the Missouri Department of Education. Every school has a full-time, non-teaching principal. The average length of tenure for teachers in the district is 15 years. Over half of the district's staff hold master's degrees. Students in the Collaborative benefit from a strong and aggressive curriculum, nationally recognized academic programs, a full-range of extracurricular activities, a highly educated and motivated teaching force, low pupil/teacher ratios, and teams of specially trained counselors and social workers - all committed to enhancing each student's academic and personal growth.
