VBS at SICCC is happening on August 5-9, 2019, from 6:30pm-8:45pm. It is open to the first 100 children ages 5-11 years old who have registered. A completed form and payment of $10 per child confirms your registration. Additionally, we are concurrently offering a painting workshop for adults with limited seating. 史德頓島華人基督教會（SICCC）的兒童暑期聖經班（VBS）將於2019年8月5日至9日 期間的下午6:30至8:45舉行。歡迎年齡在5-11歲的兒童踴躍報名，名額僅限100名，註冊報名以填妥報名表格及繳齊每人$10的報名費為準。此外，我們將同時為家長們提供繪畫工作坊，名額有限。有意報名者請屆時到我們的VBS報名處以獲取更多信息，或者在教會網站 www.siccc.org 下載報名表格。

Todt Hill visitation was a great turnout yesterday! Praise the Lord! Beth helped us gather New Creation Assembly of God Church from Jamestown, NY (who supports Beth and Eric in their ministries and is staying in Building C) really helped pave the way for visitation. A total of 5 buildings were visited door-to-door (791, 773, 761, 204, and 176). They also prayed for those who needed prayer and notes were taken for us to follow up on. Eric informed us that some people have never heard of prayer before! =O Seven kids have registered for VBS and 2 adults are interested in volunteering for VBS.

The plan for visitation is to start after VBS and focus on building meaningful, consistent relationships starting off in one building. If you or someone you know has a burden to lead/organize this ministry for our church, let's talk.

Family day at todt hill projects

We will be visiting Todt Hill Housing and passing out VBS flyers on Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at 4:30pm in church. See you there!

We will confirm the visitations dates soon, so ya'all can start signing up.

In the meantime, please continue praying for:
1) Our Samaria (Todt Hill Housing)
2) God's favor with neighbors, key leaders in the housing projects, building manager, community center director, etc.

This summer we had a great opportunity to reach our community through backpacks. We thank God for how He provided everything we needed and beyond. Backpacks were donated by our friends from Salem Church (Thank you!). We sold bubbletea to raise funds for extra supplies that kids can choose. At the same time, we had a clothing drive and promoted our upcoming Vacation Bible School. Despite the rain, we were so blessed with many new friends that day, many of whom came to join us for VBS three weeks later. We hope to point people to JESUS, through whom we have this wonderful relationship with our heavenly Father, our Jehovah Jireh!
