We want to take a moment to be transparent with our customers regarding recent missed stops and service issues.
After a thorough internal review, we identified that these missed pickups were caused by one individual employee not completing assigned routes as required. That employee is no longer with A.M. Disposal and has since left the company.
We understand how frustrating service interruptions are, and we sincerely apologize to any customers affected during this time. We are actively taking steps to ensure this does not happen again, including tighter route monitoring and additional accountability measures within our team.
We appreciate your patience, your trust, and your continued support. Our focus remains on providing reliable, consistent service to every customer we serve.
