Arts collaboration behind Ybor Kress will grow with The Citrus Factory The collaboration that launched the arts community at the historic Ybor Kress Building continues to grow the arts in Ybor with the planned project The Citrus Factory and an expansion at the Kress.

Artspace Tampa – Tampa Arts Alliance Since unveiling the Arts Market Study, the project team has secured funding of $150,000 for the first phase of pre-development work. This phase focused on identifying a site for the project. Conversations soon centered on Ybor City where redevelopment efforts include a focus on the arts.

Let's Make a Match!

During this current phase of fundraising we move forward with the schematic designs from the architect, a financial pro-forma detailing capital and operating budgets, preliminary proposals and letters of interest for project mortgage and equity financing.

Longtime supporters Andrea Graham and Geoff Simon have pledged to match the next $25,000 raised in this phase. This Giving Tuesday and until December 15, we invite you to make a donation in any amount and it will be matched dollar for dollar, doubling your impact!
