MACDILL CONDUCTS OPERATION VIOLENT STORM
18 U.S. Air Force KC-135 Stratotankers assigned to the 6th and 927th Air Refueling Wings and two U.S. Army UH-60 Black Hawks assigned to the 5th Battalion, 159th Regiment, participated in Operation Violent Storm, showcasing overwhelming air power and the ability to project dominance and strength across the world.
This operation was a group effort, and couldn't have been done without the support of the , our maintainers, medical group personnel, mission support group personnel, and our operations group.

MacDill Maintainers craft new wheel painting design The 6th Maintenance Group metals technology and corrosion control units recently collaborated to create and implement a new wheel painting stand design that will allow Airmen to produce twice as much in half the time.
