The Learning Alliance SkillBridge/Career Skills Program began planning operations at Fort Drum in October 2025, and now we are proud to celebrate the graduation of our first-ever class. This milestone reflects months of collaboration, commitment, and hands-on training focused on helping transitioning service members launch careers in broadband and telecommunications.

Special thanks to Meagan Cano, the program's Financial Services Coordinator/ Military Liaison, for helping make this initiative possible, and to our instructors, Seth White, Skyler Ramirez, Grant Gordon, and Tate Hurst, for delivering exceptional instruction and helping establish the standard for future SkillBridge programs.

Congratulations to the inaugural Fort Drum class on completing this important step toward a new career path!

Practice turns knowledge into capability. When training includes real repetition and real scenarios, skills stick. That is how readiness gets built, not in one big moment, but through consistent hands-on learning that prepares people for real expectations. Choose training built on practice.
