⚡️ Woodstock Punks, Reanimated!⚡️

The Bobby Lees are back—and they’re louder, sharper and more fired up than ever.

After bursting out of Woodstock and onto the international punk scene, The Bobby Lees hit pause in 2023, burned out by the brutal economics of touring and making music. Then an unexpected fan stepped in: Jason Momoa.

Momoa reached out, helped fund a new record and played a part in getting the band back where they belong. Now Sam Quartin, Kendall Wind and Macky Bowman return with a new album, New Self, a deal with Epitaph Records and a nationwide tour—including a hometown show at Bearsville Theater on October 10.

INSIDE+OUT caught up with the band to talk about growing up in Woodstock, the wild early years, burnout, Jason Momoa, their new music, life on the road—and why this new chapter feels different.

What keeps two people growing together when life gets busy, messy + wonderfully full?

Ashley Napoli of Focaccia Flourist + Ian Napoli of Horse & Lion Barber Co have been figuring that one out for a while.

They met in high school, found their way back to each other, and somewhere along the way built a life around family, creativity, good food, good people + their love for the Hudson Valley.

“We’ve grown alongside each other, built our own creative lives, and always found ways to support one another along the way.” — Ashley Napoli

But what does that really look like day to day?

How do two creative, working parents make room for each other and still manage to keep their own dreams alive?

“We talk lightly every morning and thoroughly every evening.” — Ian Napoli

That little line says a lot.

There’s bread + barbershops, kids + businesses, late nights, big ideas, figuring things out as they go ...and a whole lot of love in between.

26 YEARS OF FILM, COMMUNITY + WOODSTOCK: An Interview with Meira Blaustein


The BIGGEST film festival in the Hudson Valley is just weeks away, and this year marks the end of an era ✨

After 26 years at the helm of the Woodstock Film Festival, co-founder Meira Blaustein is stepping down from the organization she helped build into a defining cultural institution in the region.

⭐ Since its launch in 2000, the festival has become a cornerstone of the Hudson Valley film community, drawing emerging filmmakers, celebrated directors, actors, writers, and cinephiles to Woodstock, while helping cultivate a thriving filmmaking community throughout the region.

INSIDE+OUT caught up with Blaustein to talk about the unlikely beginnings of the Woodstock Film Festival, the community that grew around it, why she decided it was time to step away, and some of the unforgettable moments from more than two decades of Hudson Valley film history 👉 👉 👉

And in Woodstock, that means it’s time to pick up the needles, choose a gorgeous skein of yarn and make something by hand.

✨ Meet Hedgehog and Moss ✨ the wonderfully creative yarn shop founded by Stephanie Parsons and Christina Kelly.

Part yarn shop, part gathering place, it’s become a hub for knitters, crocheters, fiber artists and curious beginners alike—with classes, open crafting sessions and shelves filled with beautiful yarns and supplies.

✨ Meet artisan Adel Chefridi ✨ His jewelry collection shines with a quiet poetry, with stones that glow rather than shout and ancient symbols that surface in modern forms 💎

🌳 Born in Tunisia and now creating from his Rhinebeck studio, Chefridi has spent more than 25 years developing a visual language formed by beauty, memory, craftsmanship, and the many civilizations that surrounded him growing up.

🌙 Stars, moons, flowers, dots, arches, mosaics, and richly colored stones recur throughout his work, but never simply as decoration. For Chefridi, jewelry is profoundly personal: something that connects us to history, the human hand, and ultimately ourselves.

🍂 This Autumn, an entirely new collection will surface, first inspired by a single Asscher-cut diamond ring transmuted by the softness of a rose petal and the still surface of water.

INSIDE+OUT caught up with Adel Chefridi at his Rhinebeck studio to talk about his new Stillwater collection, his Tunisian roots, the mysterious pull of stones, making things by hand in an increasingly automated world, and why the best jewelry should help us recognize something beautiful in ourselves.
