Here’s mine: It was the last day of the season and my first day to hunt in 2023. One, and done! One shot (275 yards), one day. She was quartering away and I managed a shot without hitting either front shoulder.

Remember I said that there were a LOT of people in Ten Sleep over the 4th, evidently quite a few of them knew that Dirty Sally’s serves up really good ice cream. Wow!!

The night sky minutes before the 4th of July began. These were taken just a few miles outside of Ten Sleep around midnight.
