The Power of Social Health was a reminder that connection can make a real difference at every age. 💛

The students had such a wonderful time, and it was moving to see how much the experience meant to them. The women who showed up gained something, too: space to hear from our speakers, share their experiences, and connect with others in the room.

Join Women Confidence Builders for a morning Walk & Coffee at Unity Park!

📅 September 18th
Unity Park- We meet at 9am next to the Prisma Health Welcome Center near the playground entrance, unless raining.

After walking, find us inside the Commons getting our caffeine fix.

Non-members are welcome!

This is a casual opportunity to get outside, meet new women, catch up with familiar faces, and start your morning surrounded by community.

No pressure, no agenda, just come as you are, grab your coffee, and walk with us. ✨
