During that time he has tried more than 125 jury trials to verdicts as both a prosecutor and defense attorney. Gary served 21 of those years as a judge advocate prosecutor and defense attorney in the United States Air Force. Tomorrow, June 26, 2023 will be my last Municipal Court. I have served The City of Troy as Municipal Judge for 10 years. I am retiring as Judge the end of June. I thank the City of Troy for allowing me to be your Judge, and for your support during this time.
I was honored today to be part of this ceremony with these Veterans.

Thank you all for your support, prayers, and encouragement to run this race for Circuit Judge. The results are in and show a significant organized cross-over of Democrats who voted Republican in both Lincoln and Pike Counties. This cross-over was intended to effect who will be running as a Republican against the Democrat in November. Our race is over. We will be resting and waiting on the LORD for our next assignment. Isaiah 40:31- on the wings as eagles.
