“In Honor Guard, we have a saying: ‘Honor the fallen, honor the flag.’

Members of the Drexel Heights Fire District and the Pascua Pueblo Fire Department proudly participated in this year’s Memorial Day Parade, honoring the brave men and women of our Armed Forces who served, fought, and made the ultimate sacrifice for our nation.

Today, and always we remember their courage, dedication, and unwavering commitment to protecting the freedoms we hold dear. 🇺🇸

Though 10 years have passed, his legacy remains strong within Drexel Heights Fire District and in the hearts of all who knew him.

Yesterday, Corona firefighters responded to a reported structure fire and were met with multiple outbuildings and a mobile home actively burning.

Firefighters immediately went to work, deploying hose lines and coordinating fire attack operations. Thanks to strong coordination and rapid response, crews were able to bring the incident under control.

We appreciate the support from our automatic and mutual aid partners — Santa Rita Fire District, Rural Metro Fire Department, and Rincon Valley Fire District.

Proud of the teamwork shown by all agencies involved.

Fourteen new names were added this year to the Arizona Memorial Wall. We continue to honor and remember our fallen, including our very own Captain Criner.

Thank you to the Arizona Honor Guard and the Arizona Pipes and Drums for the dignified tribute, and to the families who joined us as we honored their loved ones.
