Today, May 22, is International Building Safety Day. We're proud to recognize the dedicated professionals on our City of Tuscaloosa team who work hard to build a stronger and safer community for us!

In 2025:

⭐️ Over 3,000 permits were issued
⭐️ Almost 19,000 permit inspections were conducted

This is just some of what our Building and Inspections Division accomplishes and we are so grateful for their hard work!
