A night to remember! 🎶
We are incredibly grateful to United Land Services for the donation of their loge during the Queens Concert Tour and helping us celebrate the amazing caregivers in our community. The laughter, the dancing, and the joy I witnessed from these caregivers are a constant reminder that everyone deserves a chance to have a moment of fun and just unwind.
Thank you for making this special night possible! ❤️

There are so many graduations happening right now, and it’s such a reminder that accomplishments deserve to be celebrated 🎉
So I want to ask: What is something YOU have accomplished lately?
No matter how big or small it may seem, if you started something and completed it, that matters. Finished a project? Made it through a hard season? Organized a closet? Took The 1st Step toward a goal?
Don't forget: ALL progress is worth celebrating.

This Memorial Day, we honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.
Their sacrifice reminds us why community matters and why service to others is so important in everything we do.

Thank you Oriental Trading Company for providing our organization with a generous grant to support our Art of Her program. 🎨
Because of this support, we are able to purchase additional materials that help us continue to create safe, welcoming spaces where healing and comfort can take place through art.
The Art of Her program is designed to give women a creative outlet to process emotions and find peace through art activities. This grant helps us continue offering experiences that make a difference.
Thank you, Oriental Trading, for believing in our mission and investing in the healing power of creativity. Your generosity is helping us pour restoration into the lives we serve.

Community Access Day was a success! 🎉
Families had the opportunity to come together and connect with local nonprofits and organizations, all in one place, to learn about valuable resources available to them. It was an amazing day filled with support.
Families also had the opportunity to receive clothing, toys, baby food, and snacks because The Little Steps Boutique was on site! đź‘•
A special thank you to the Women’s Center of Jacksonville, SisterHermana, The Diaper Bank of NE FL, Literacy to Legacy, Bluebird Health, NAMI, Agape Health, and Living Today Life Coaching for helping make this event a success not only for 1st Step Inc., but for the entire community. 💙
Thank you Publix for the donation of grocery bags!
Thank you to all who volunteered and made sure things ran smoothly including Terrie Durham, T'kyra Hestle, Tracy, Elizabeth, Brenda, and Dee Dee.
We’re grateful for EVERYONE who made this day possible!
