Master the Game Behind the Plate

Great teams start with great catchers. The Momentum Catcher’s Command Clinic is an eight week complete catching development program built to help players improve every part of their craft: setup, receiving, blocking, throwing, movement, and the mental approach it takes to lead on the field.

Led by Head Instructor Billy Riches, this clinic focuses on detailed instruction and real game application. Each session blends technical training with live reps, helping catchers gain the confidence, consistency, and command they need behind the plate.

What Players Will Work On
• Setup and stance — building a strong, athletic foundation
• Receiving — improving glove control and strike presentation
• Blocking — mastering body positioning, reaction, and recovery
• Throwing — refining footwork, transfer, and pop time
• Movement and mobility — becoming smoother and more efficient
• Mental approach — learning leadership, communication, and focus
