📣Join The Center for Safer Communities for an important community conversation as we begin a new chapter of serving the Monadnock Region. 💜

👉We'll share more about the transition of services from MCVP to the Center for Safer Communities, introduce our team, and hear perspectives from community leaders and partners about the importance of collaboration in supporting survivors and preventing violence.

💭Together, we'll explore opportunities for strengthening services, building partnerships, and meeting the evolving needs of our shared communities. There will be time for questions, conversation, and connection.

🌟Whether you're a longtime community partner, supporter, or simply interested in learning more, we hope you'll join us as we shape the future of safer communities together.

Earlier this month, Julie joined the The Greater Claremont Chamber of Commerce for their October Morning Meet Up. For Domestic Violence Awareness Month, this gathering focused on how local businesses can listen, learn, share resources, and be part of building safer communities.

The Center for Safer Communities shared more about their work and resources available to the community, followed by plenty of time to connect and network over coffee and pastries.

We’re grateful to be part of a business community that makes space for conversations that matter. 💜

Thank you to the Chamber, The Center for Safer Communities, The Well Collaborative NH, and First Congregational Church Claremont NH for bringing everyone together.

Worried about someone you love?

Maybe you’ve noticed their partner becoming increasingly controlling. Maybe they seem isolated from friends or family. Maybe something has changed, and you’re not sure what to do or say.

You can call us, too.

The Center for Safer Communities isn’t only a resource for someone experiencing abuse. Our advocates can also talk with friends, family members, coworkers, and others who are concerned about someone they care about.

Ask questions. Learn the signs. Talk through ways to offer support.

You don’t have to figure it out alone, and you don’t have to wait for a crisis.
