Thank you to Baltimore City Health Department and B'more For Healthy Babies for hosting another great Rattle & Roll! 🍼🚗

Every year, Rattle & Roll brings volunteers together to share important information about pregnancy and infant health across our community. Yesterday, HCAM team members joined 11 of the 21 routes, reaching around 45–50 locations!

When we work together, more families get the information and support they need for healthy pregnancies and thriving babies.💙

We're hiring! 💙 HCAM is looking for a Licensed Social Work Care Coordinator/Team Leader. This role helps individuals and families with Maryland Medicaid overcome barriers to care. They will work with Managed Care Organizations, providers, public health, and community partners, and lead our team in best practices for complex psychosocial and behavioral health needs.

September was all about conversations that matter. 🤝 Our Connector team traveled all over to meet people who were already enrolled, people planning ahead, and people wondering how upcoming changes will affect them and the ones they love.
