Robert Bork's Supreme Court nomination changed everything. In 1987, President Ronald Reagan got the chance to appoint the third Supreme Court justice of his presidency. His failed Supreme Court nomination provoked a lasting partisan divide over judicial nominations and the tactic to attack his nomination and his conservative record via shaping public opinion. That record prompted liberals and civil rights activists to launch an all-out campaign to defeat the nomination, beginning with a speech by Senator Edward Kennedy, on the Senate floor within hours of the nomination announcement.

"Robert Bork's America is a land in which women would be forced into back-alley abortions, blacks would sit at segregated lunch counters, rogue police could break down citizens' doors in midnight raids, and schoolchildren could not be taught about evolution," Kennedy said. Under the Constitution, Article II makes it perfectly entitled to try to shape the court’s direction through their choice of nominees. And in the same breath, the Senate, through Article I is empowered, and indeed obligated, to block those presidents if they disagreed.

Black Lives Matter is a lie. There is no genocide of young innocent black men. In 2019 there were only ten cases in which unarmed african-americans were fatally shot by the police. In five out of the ten cases an officer was attacked just before the shooting; and two of the remaining four, the officer was criminally charged. Where is the injustice? Also in 2019, there were twenty-five unarmed white Americans fatally shot by the police. According to FBI statistics, even though african-americans make up only thirteen percent of the population, commit over fifty percent of all murder in America. Blacks kill ten times the amount of whites as whites kill blacks; and the police officer is eighteen and a half times more likely to be killed than a black male than an unarmed black male is killed by a police officer.Black lives Matter has been a lie since its very beginning. In 2013 the movement began on social media after the acquittal of George Zimmerman of the shooting death of Trayvon Martin. But the case against Zimmerman was a lie; for the prosecution had used an imposter as a fake witness (Diamond Eugene) who they claim wrote the only piece of criminal evidence that they had. A letter that the fake witnessed admitted under oath to not writing. Founded by known communists and fueled with millions of dollars, Black Lives Matter organized riots in Ferguson, Baltimore and Chicago and began recruiting an army of haters hiding beneath the guise of social justice. The entire foundation of Black Lives Matter sells the lie. It sells because communities have been broken by government programs for the last fifty years. It sells because people are afraid of being called a racist.
