Last week, our Sussex County Volunteer Luncheon exceeded pre-COVID numbers with 100+ volunteers in attendance! Thanks to our authors’ panel for sharing their insights, and to all our SC volunteers for the work they do every day!

Congrats on your retirement, Lucinda!! Delaware will miss you. Thank you for all you have done for early childhood in Delaware! Also in this pic is General Benson - who we connected with St Michael’s awhile ago, and he has been a faithful reader there ever since!

Thanks to a generous grant from the Mid Del Foundation, Read Aloud Delaware was able to give a brand new book to the rising kindergartners attending our partner childcare sites in Milford and Harrington. We wish them GOOD LUCK on their next adventure - Kindergarten!!🎓
