🎈TODAY’S ANGUS BIRTHDAYS🎈

🎂Born 95 years ago in 1931, Black Peer of St Albans is the 1934 International Grand Champion Bull who was bred at St. Albans Farm of Pacific, Missouri, and served as a foundation sire for S.C. Fullerton & Sons in their famous Sunbeam Angus herd at Miami, Oklahoma. There, he sired Black Prince of Sunbeam who enjoyed unprecedented success prior to the dwarfism outbreak. Black Peer of St Albans was also a first-prize winner of the 1932 International and a second-prize winner of the 1933 International, as well as Grand Champion Bull of the 1932 Kansas Free Fair, the 1932 Oklahoma Free Fair, the 1934 Forth Worth Stock Show, the 1934 Illinois State Fair, the 1934 Iowa State Fair and the 1934 American Royal, also named the Reserve Grand Champion Bull of the 1933 Fort Worth Stock Show and Junior Champion Bull of the 1932 Ak-Sar-Ben and the 1933 American Royal.

I'm glad to support these kids and the 4-H and FFA programs, and I appreciate everyone's interest.
