NEW: Chairmen Jim Jordan and Congressman Tom McClintock , Congressman Ben Cline, and Congressman Brandon Gill sent a letter Fairfax County Prosecutor Steve Descano about his testimony to the Committee under oath.
Descano FAILED to provide real answers on his office's sanctuary policies and the special deals it gives to criminal aliens based on their immigration status.
We need Descano to be square with us.

And now they're fighting a bill that helps deport these criminal aliens that are GANG MEMBERS.
Democrats want a Supreme Court that obeys them instead of the Constitution.
It's exactly why we can't let them pack the court with radical left-wing judges.

✅PASSED THE COMMITTEE: H.R. 175, the Deport Alien Gang Members Act.
Congressman Tom McClintock's bill prevents criminal alien gang members from entering the U.S., allows for their removal, and makes them ineligible for immigration benefits.
If an illegal alien is a gang member, they should be deported.
Crazy that Democrats can't agree with such a common sense statement.
Democrats are arguing that illegal aliens who are felons and gang members should stay in the country.
