The next Regular Board of Education Meeting is planned for Tues, June 9, 2026. The agenda, including information on how to make public comments (which must be in person), location, and the start times of both closed and regular sessions, will be available 72 hours prior to the Board meeting on the Board Agendas and Minutes webpage. All regular Board meetings are livestreamed and recorded. The doors to the room will open 30 minutes prior to closed and regular sessions. I was honored to attend fifth grade promotion at Poinsettia Elementary! It seems like just yesterday that my own kids had their promotion to middle school, but here I am preparing to attend Buena High School’s graduation for my oldest. Wishing all of our fifth graders a wonderful promotion and best of luck in middle school!

Ms. Claire creates a classroom where every student feels valued, supported, and challenged to succeed in both Spanish and English. Her passion for teaching shines through in everything she does, from continuously learning new strategies to support students to creating memorable experiences that make learning fun and engaging.

Whether she is organizing a student talent show, motivating students in costume, or volunteering her time to support school programs, Ms. Claire always goes the extra mile for students and families. Her dedication, positivity, and commitment to academic excellence continue to leave a lasting impact on our school community.
