EMERGENCY RENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM WELCOMES ALL UNITED STATES VETERAN TO APPLY AND GET RENTAL ASSISTANCE UP TO $100,000

Effective January 01 2024, ERAP is available as rental assistance and utilities .

ERAP is available for all households and individuals that may receive up to $2000 per month in rental assistance. Total assistance may not exceed 18 months $36000.

EMERGENCY RENTAL ASSISTANCE SERVICE PAYS YOUR RENT AND UTILITIES / ELECTRICITY BILLS / GAS BILLS / PHONE BILLS

ERAP is available only as rental assistance. New eligible applicants may apply for past-due (arrears) and up to three months of future rent assistance. utilities include electricity, gas, water and home energy costs only.
