We are excited to share that both DS Smith and IP shareholders overwhelmingly voted in favor of the combination. The support from the shareholders of both companies reaffirms our belief that bringing the two companies together would create a true global leader of sustainable packaging solutions and more opportunities for our customers, people and all stakeholders.
