Our next LNO Theory of Constraints (ToC) workshop builds on the foundation from the last session and focuses on the tools used to spot, analyze, and break the vicious cycles impacting day-to-day operations.

You’ll practice facilitation, work through case studies with fellow LNOs, and build real confidence through applying ToC in the field—while also helping shape how Tesseract delivers future ToC training and resources.

Tesseract, the Air Force Office of Logistics Innovation, is seeking an Enlisted Program Manager (TSgt–MSgt) to join the Concept Integration Team. In this role, you’ll help develop policy, strategy, and technical requirements for emerging sustainment technologies and modernization initiatives, working directly with Airmen, stakeholders, and enterprise partners.

📌 WHAT YOU’LL DO:
✅ Develop program schedules, product definitions, and success criteria
✅ Report program status, risks, and critical path items to leadership and A4
✅ Advocate for Airmen-generated technology modernization efforts at key decision forums
✅ Bridge the gap between stakeholders, leadership, and the Air Force enterprise
✅ Support the scaling of innovative projects that improve real-world operations

🛠 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
🔹 Hold a 2 # # AFSC (E-6-E7)
🔹 Must be PCS eligible to be considered
🔹 Experience in project management, innovation, or a related field
🔹 Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
🔹 Ability to apply critical thinking to evaluate current and future concepts, processes, and technologies and assess their impact on the Air Force mission.
🔹 Airmen-focused mindset, ready to accelerate feasible solutions and scale Airmen ideas
🔹 Ability to support frequent travel (up to monthly)

⭐ DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS (experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus):
➤ PMP, CAPM, Scrum, or Design Thinking certifications
➤ Familiarity with commercial or DoW software practices and user-centered design principles
➤ Basic proficiency in a programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python)
➤ Experience facilitating or coordinating events
➤ Basic video editing or design experience
