This Group Site is to encourage everybody to contact your Representatives and President Trump for offering an Option of attending an approved Group Counseling set of meetings, instead of going to jail for First-time non-Violent offenders. I submit Group Counseling is more beneficial to individuals and society than jail. Proposed by a Certified Counselor, Retired.
Contact your Representative, Senator, V.P., and President, and ask them to offer an option to jail time for most non-violent first-time law offenders, by attending a certain number of Group Counseling Hours. Group Counseling results in positive behavior results, unlike jail time. By: a Retired Certified Counselor.
