My team attended the groundbreaking for Strata Energy's new uranium processing plant this week in Crook County. When complete, the expanded Oshoto facility will increase production capacity from 700,000 to 1.2 million pounds of uranium per year. Wyoming continues to lead the way on nuclear energy and uranium production.

It's so exciting to watch new investments and opportunities take shape here at home to strengthen America's energy future and bolster our nuclear fuel supply.

Today we pause to remember the men and women who gave their lives to defend our freedom, and the families who carry this loss every day.

God bless our fallen heroes and their families.

Republicans propose easing air pollution rules for small oil and gas facilities 05/21/2026

Wyoming's small oil and gas operators shouldn't be subject to blanket federal regulations never designed for businesses their size.

I'm pleased to work with Congressman August Pfluger to protect our businesses, workers, and energy security.

114 years ago today, Susan Wissler became the first woman elected mayor in Wyoming — and one of the first in the country. Wyoming earned the name ‘Equality State’ long before most of the country caught up, and Susan Wissler is a big part of that story. Today we celebrate her trailblazing legacy and all the women she helped inspire.

Another great Wyoming Wednesday in the books! Week after week, nothing beats visiting with the great people of the Cowboy State alongside Senator John Barrasso and Rep. Harriet Hageman

Lummis reflects on future of nuclear power in Wyoming 05/13/2026

I enjoyed talking with Roll Call about how Wyoming is leading the way on America's nuclear future: good jobs, new investments, and reliable, cost effective baseload power for generations.

81 years ago today, the world celebrated V-E Day and the end of a terrible war in Europe. We remember the brave Americans who served in WWII and helped defeat tyranny in Europe. Their sacrifice will never be forgotten.
