“I walk in memory and honor of my grandmother, Joan Key Hall, who had a great impact on my life and influenced me in the roles of education and outreach that I am currently active in today. Grandmom was a lifelong educator not just by
profession but calling. She was a pioneer in championing causes that would better seniors and the youth of her community until she became impaired by dementia. I walk to preserve her memory and keep her legacy of unwavering loyalty in service to significant causes such as finding a cure for Altzheimerʼs alive.”
