Applications will be accepted from Howard University committed freshmen and continuing students from the Richmond Metro Service Area. (N-Fredericksburg, W-Charlottesville, E-Williamsburg, S-Petersburg.)

The Howard University Alumni Club of Richmond was invited by the Black History Museum of VA (BHMVA) to deliver a flower presentation to Bison and Richmond native Colby Nixon, actress on the television drama, Beyond the Gates.

The sold-out event which occurred today at 3:00, represented an intimate fireside chat featuring Ms. Nixon and Daphne Maxwell Reid, exploring the evolution of black women in sitcoms, film, and daytime television.
