Wyoming Department of Workforce Services

As part of our ongoing effort to support states in implementing Workforce Pell, state government employees are invited to participate in a Workforce IT Support Center (Workforce ITSC) virtual roundtable on using ETPL processes to implement Workforce Pell. Attendees will explore:

• How states are playing a role in implementing requirements, including eligibility, data validation, reporting, and ongoing oversight
• How existing ETPL processes, performance frameworks, and reporting infrastructure can support implementation
• Insights from New Jersey and North Carolina on governance and emerging challenges
