Sailors from Region Legal Service Office Naval District Washington receive a warm welcome to the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces (CAAF) from Judge Gregory Maggs (center) in April 2024. CAAF exercises worldwide appellate jurisdiction over court-martial cases involving U.S. military personnel and holds oral argument sessions that are open to the public.
