Congressman Comer joined NEWSMAX and revealed that illegal foreigners are paying companies to bring them to the United States to give birth, effectively obtaining U.S. citizenship for their children through birthright citizenship. He emphasized that birth tourism benefiting illegal immigrants must come to an end and said the House Oversight Committee is taking action to address the issue.
Ahead of former Attorney General Pam Bondi’s interview today in Washington, Congressman James Comer spoke with national media and emphasized that the Oversight Committee’s Epstein investigation is focused on delivering transparency for the American people and justice for survivors. He also noted that the Committee has now conducted 13 interviews with key Epstein witnesses and has six additional interviews scheduled, including with Epstein assistant Lesley Groff and Bill Gates.

Congressman Comer joined Fox News and emphasized that reports indicate prisoners in California are using taxpayer-funded tablets to target women and minors on the outside from their jail cells. He emphasized that taxpayer dollars should not be spent on tablets for prisoners, and argued that those funds would be better invested in providing children in school with improved technology for their education.
Congressman Comer joined Squawk Box on CNBC live from Washington to announce he has launched an investigation into insider trading on prediction market platforms. He emphasized that members of Congress should not be participating in prediction market betting, along with government employees and individuals serving in the president’s administration. He is now seeking information from Polymarket and Kalshi and is prepared to pursue legislative solutions aimed at preventing insider trading.
