2026 Krishna K. Tummala Award for Emerging Scholars
This prestigious award is named in honor of Professor Krishna Tummala, Emeritus Professor of Political Science at Kansas State University. Prof.Tummala served as the Director of the MPA program from 1988 to 2011 and is internationally recognized for his scholarship on corruption and comparative public administration.

The award will be presented at the 2026 ASPA conference (SASPA business meeting) and includes a $300 cash prize.

2026 Sh. Jai Mangal Paswan Early Career Practitioner Award
The award is named after Sh. Jai Mangal Paswan, Chief Engineer from the Indian Engineering Services, Government of India. Over a distinguished 38-year career in public service, Sh. Paswan held several significant leadership positions, including Deputy Director General (Coordination) in the Government of India.

The award will be presented at the 2026 ASPA conference (SASPA business meeting) and includes a $200 cash prize.

SASPA Student Scholarship Award 2026
This scholarship is dedicated to supporting and celebrating South Asian students whose work demonstrates exceptional promise for advancing within the field of public administration. The award aims to recognize emerging scholars with a $250 cash prize. The goal is to help students bear the conference cost.

The award will be presented at the 2026 ASPA conference (SASPA business meeting) and includes a $250 cash prize.
