The Purpose of the regional council is to implement the goals, policies and objectives of Blacks In Government as set forth in the National Constitution.
An advocate of equal opportunity and professional development for Black government employees at the Local, State and Federal government levels and others dedicated to justice for all. The Regional Council represents all Chapters located in the Washington Metropolitan Area:
