That’s what Trump’s war on Iran has cost American families so far.
Imagine what we could do for working families with $100 billion: lower costs, build more housing, strengthen healthcare, and help families get ahead instead of paying more at the pump.
Good news: Trump's slush fund for MAGA criminals has been paused. But the fact that it existed at all is outrageous. This is corruption in broad daylight. We need to keep exposing it and keep fighting to make sure taxpayer dollars aren't used to reward Trump's allies.

This morning, I attended the Aldine ISD Summer Feeding Kick-Off Celebration.
As many families face rising costs and Republican SNAP cuts, programs like these help ensure children have access to nutritious meals when school is out.
No child should go hungry during the summer.

We know the devastating impact extreme weather can have on our families, homes, and infrastructure. We must continue investing in preparedness, resilience, and disaster recovery to keep our communities safe.
