Our SIOP/NAVFAC/shipyard/industry team continues to make progress on building the new Dry Dock 5 at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard! Program Executive Officer Infrastructure and Expeditionary Mark Edelson got to see it in person during a March 30 visit. Through SIOP, NAVFAC’s OICC PHNSY is delivering state-of-the-art facilities, utilities, and infrastructure that will enhance the Navy’s ability to overhaul, repair, and modernize submarines well into the future. , ,
