Election year in DC! Join us at Washington Latin’s 2nd Street Campus (5200 2nd St NW) this Thursday 4/7 at 5:30 pm for a Mayoral candidate forum. Hear from candidates, ask them YOUR questions. Open to ALL in the District, including students and families with questions about DC issues - schools, housing and related costs, childcare, and more. This is a great opportunity to let candidates know about your concerns and priorities. Learn more and register for either in-person or virtual attendance. See you Thursday!

We had another 15 minutes of fame today at Latin, with filmmakers from SeeThink Films back for more shooting of their documentary about civics education in the US today. Mr Staten and our 6th graders seemed to handle the cameras’ presence without any problem - born for the big screen!
