the global quantum commercialization firm has partnered with JLL to develop a Quantum Campus in the Southeastern United States.

Global quantum investment is projected to surge from $2B to $50B. The Southeast is about to be at the center of that movement.

will lead development and operate the hub-and-spoke model, connecting research, workforce, and industry to drive real-world quantum deployment.

We didn’t wait for an invitation.

We built the table.

Global Firms Announce Plans for Southeastern Quantum Campus JLL and Qlocity are collaborating to identify and secure a site for a quantum campus in the southeastern United States.

Had the opportunity to sit down with the team at Friendship Public Charter School in Washington, DC as we continue building out the CREATE Academy × Friendship partnership. Thank you Clarence Cross III and Brett Gotlib for our vision session!

What’s clear, this isn’t just another program. This is about building a true pipeline from education → workforce → ownership.

We’re aligning around:
• Early exposure (Grades 6–12) through immersive, hands-on innovation
• Direct pathways into STEM, media, and advanced tech ecosystems
• Workforce readiness that actually leads to jobs—not just training
• A long-term bridge from Friendship → CSUSB → industry

Phase 1 is already moving, Summer Residential Camp 2026 pilot, student cohorts, and workforce pathways being stood up in real time.

This is what it looks like when education, industry, and infrastructure move together, not in silos.

Creative Research in Entertainment & Emerging Technologies (CREATE) Academy:

RESEARCH × Education × Production × IP Commercialization

Today we formally signed the Letter of Intent to activate CREATE Academy in partnership with University Enterprises Corporation (UEC) and California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB).

This is a major step forward for the Innovation Park vision.

CREATE Academy is designed as a university-integrated platform focused on:

🎬 Immersive media & storytelling
🧠 Emerging technologies & AI applications
🎓 Workforce training aligned with industry demand
🏗️ Place-based economic development
🌎 Scalable public-private partnership models

With UEC serving as the university’s real estate and development arm, and CSUSB providing academic alignment and institutional leadership, this LOI establishes the framework for Phase I activation.

This is about more than a program.
It’s about building an ecosystem where students, industry, and capital converge — creating opportunity, ownership pathways, and long-term regional impact.

Grateful to the leadership at UEC and CSUSB for moving with vision and urgency.

Now we execute.
