Addressing the Economic Well Being of the District’s Returning Citizens

The vision of the Working Coalition is to see a fully funded and operational Incarceration to Incorporation Entrepreneurship Program in the District of Columbia.

Our mission is to build a broad-based District-wide partnership to bring attention to the status of DC Law 21-159, the potential it holds for the District’s underserved communities, and, together, pressure the Mayor and, if necessary, the Council of the District of Columbia to adequately fund the measure.
