I took the floor to recognize Mary Ann Kellam for 12 years of outstanding leadership as President and CEO of the Irving Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Under her leadership, the Chamber earned three consecutive TAMACC Medium-Sized Chamber of the Year awards and was named the 2021 United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Chamber of the Year.
